 Denae Howard (Director of the Black Utopian Fellowship) and #DayOnesArt would like to invite you our Year End Fundraiser!  The Black Utopian Fellowship, an incubator created by #DayOnesArt in collaboration with Culture Push, is a year-long Fellowship for Black artists, researchers, scientists, and inventors, with career development and mentorship through a connection with Black-run institutions. The Fellowship shares resources and supports social engagement, educational programming, and revitalizing community hubs.

Through the month of February The Black Utopian Fellowship will be sharing programming throughout the month of February uplifting the ways we practice sharing love and support. The "Black Love Summit" presentation will focus on practitioners of Black Love and empowerment through history and emphasizing how we continue to care for each other locally. #DayonesArt collective will share art and content as a tool of inspiration to highlight local leaders.  As a critique of the capitalist propaganda of Valentine's day, and the historical rhetoric in regards to Black History Month. This exhibition will shift the gaze toward a more diverse array of Black leaders who create opportunities and share compassion within their communities.
